Bookings

Once a booking has been made either by phone or mail having confirmed date time and location; advance bookings must be confirmed on the day before midday by phone or by text.

From this point my promise to you will be:

A call or text on my leaving  home to say I'm now on my way and confirm expected time of arrival.
A call or text should I get held up whilst on my way updating you of any delay in time of arrival.
Punctual arrival at our arranged rendezvous.

Failure on my part to honour my side of the bargain will entitle you to a free hour of my time.

Should a booking be cancelled by me on the day after your confirmation call or text you will be entitled to one free hour of my time.

Should I need to cancel an appointment once made giving less than 24 hrs notice, you will be entitled to an extra 30 minutes free on any re-arranged appointment.

The above promise is made sincerely and I do hope it serves to prove I intend to change,
and endeavour to be more punctual and  do my utmost not to let anyone down.
